Sneak peek of “The Mask You Live In” curriculum!

This week, we’re thrilled to share the overview of The Mask You Live In Curriculum! Included are learning objectives, a social-emotional learning framework, and tips for using the lessons. Plus, we’ve pulled key vocabulary, sample lessons, and exercises from our K-2 grade, 3-5 grade, middle and high school, and university curricula as a special sneak peek.

As early as elementary school, boys confront messages that encourage them to disconnect from their emotions, devalue authentic relationships, objectify and degrade women and girls, and resolve conflicts through violence.

That’s why this week we encourage you to check out The Mask You Live In curriculum and learn how to bring this important resource to your community. With our tools and your support, youth across the nation will be able to overcome limiting stereotypes and fulfill their human potential.

Onwards,

The Representation Project team
