Celebrate Wonder Women With Us

Power Program
Exciting news is in the air at The Representation Project. Our panel program has now become super-powered, with two very special guests, Rita Moreno and Connie Nielsen, joining Jennifer Siebel Newsom on stage to “flip the script”!

With a career that spans six decades, and a long list of awards and recognition from the White House, Hollywood, and beyond, Rita Moreno is truly a wonder woman who has experienced – and overcome– the gender and race stereotypes that tried to pigeonhole her.

Connie Nielsen has been a fixture on the big and small screen for more than 30 years, during which she has chosen roles that match her belief in equality and fair representation. In addition to being a role model for female actors, she is an activist, having started the Human Needs Project and the Road to Freedom Scholarship, both of which are focused on improving the lives of impoverished children and families in Africa.

We can’t wait to hear from Rita, Connie, and Jennifer on how we can help make Hollywood, and in turn our society, more inclusive and equal.
