This Women’s History Month, we’ve been celebrating women’s accomplishments in media, on sports fields, in courtrooms, and beyond. And wherever we go, we’re pushing back on the message that a woman’s value lies in her youth, beauty, and sexuality. Just take this viral video from Casting Call The Project, showcasing the multitude of sexist and racist casting calls women receive:

In an industry where women and people of color are underrepresented behind and in front of the camera, it’s no wonder that we keep seeing a limited status quo. But you can do something about it!
